Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista congratulates Barangay Holy Spirit for being elevated to the hall of fame of the Quezon City Barangay Seal of Good Housekeeping Dangal ng Lungsod, conferred by the city government to barangays that have set the benchmark of best practices in governance in the grassroots level. Represented by barangay chairman Felicito Valmocina, Barangay Holy Spirit has received the award starting 2015, and thus received a cash incentive of P5 million. Assisting the Mayor is Juan Jovian Ingeniero, city director of the Department of Interior and Local Government-Quezon City.
