EXPRESS LANES. The Department of Health and various hospital associations on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 signed a memorandum of agreement to have one-stop shop express lanes for patients who were administered with the controversial vaccine Dengvaxia. Under the agreement, the patients shall be covered by PhilHealth under its No Balance Billing program.
