LIGHTS FESTIVAL. The Festival of Lights, which opened Thursday at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in posh Makati City, has a show that runs every 30 minutes from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the 2-hectare landscaped urban park at the center of the Makati Central Business District near the Manila Standard editorial office.
