The Quezon City Environmental Protection and Waste Management Department, through its personnel from the Riverways Cleaning Operations Group, start the cleanup of city-owned public cemeteries, such as those in Bagbag, Baesa and Novaliches, in preparation for the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls Day.
