Police Senior Supt. Orlando Yebra Jr. of Pasig City present to the members of the media the four males caught on CCTV whom he tagged as ‘persons of interest’ in the rape-slay of 16-year-old Grace Omadlao. Citing medical reports, Gubita Omadlao, the victim's mother, said her daughter was raped and tortured before she was killed.
