BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya—The Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in Cagayan Valley region will strengthen the Solid Waste Management Program by upgrading the skills and other capabilities of the program’s workers.
Engineer Cesar Siador, EMB regional director, said a Trainors’ Training on Solid Waste Enforcement and Education Program will be conducted here from Aug. 22 to 25 to upgrade the skills and capabilities of the participants.

“The SWEEP is expected to forge and develop co-ownership among the EMB other national government agencies, local government units, academe, religious sector, non-government organizations, business sector, local SWM boards and SWM committees,” he said.
