Angelito R. Ravanera (in barong), Director of the National Police Commission in Region 4A, pins the ‘Medalya ng Papuri’ (medal of honor) on Police Supt. Chitadel Gaoiran, chief of the Police Regional Public Information Office, during the traditional flag raising ceremony on Monday in celebration of the 22nd Police Community Relations Month at Camp Gen. Vicente Lim in Calamba, Laguna. Ravanera was also the guest of honor and speaker.
