US Ambassador to the Philippines Sung Kim boards a Cessna-208B Grand Caravan Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance aircraft acquired through grant programs by the US government to the Philippine Air Force  during a formal turnover ceremony at the PAF headquarters in Manila on July 27, 2017.
