Graduates who completed the free skills training at Navotas Hanapbuhay Center may now earn a living after receiving starter kits from Mayor John Rey Tiangco. Eighty-nine Navoteños were given tools after completing their training on bangus deboning, hair cutting, manicure and pedicure with foot spa, and hair and make-up. Andrew Rabulan
