Officers of the Laguna Provincial Police Office line up to donate blood in a joint project with the Laguna Provincial Advisory Council headed by engineer Gomer B. Carta and the Red Cross Laguna Chapter at Camp Gen. Paciano Rizal in Sta. Cruz, Laguna. Among the officers were Deputy Provincial Director for Administration Supt. Melchor Salvadora, Public Information Office chief Sr. Insp. Gerry Sangalang, and Police Community Relations Chief Insp. Pastor Castillo. The effort was part of LPPO’s 22nd Police Community Relation Month with the Theme ‘Give Your Blood, Save Their Lives.’ Roy Tomandao
