Navotas Rep. Toby Tiangco (center in blue shirt) and Mayor John Rey Tiangco (in white shirt) lead the reopening of the Bangkulasi Bridge, which underwent repair in 2015, to the public on Friday. They also led the inauguration of school buildings in Navotas Elementary School (Central) and Daanghari Elementary School, which now have additional four- and three-story school buildings with 12 and nine classrooms, respectively. Mayor Tiangco also turned over 14 50-inch smart TVs to Daanghari ES as part of the city government’s efforts to support the use of information and communications technology to improve the quality of education provided to young Navoteños.
