CABARROGUIS, Quirino—Several road projects that will link this province to its neighboring provinces in Cagayan Valley are about to be completed.
Thelma Bicarme, Philippine Information Agency chief, said these projects are construction and rehabilitation of national roads funded by the Department of Public Works and Highways regular funds.
These road projects are the rehabilitation of slips, slopes collapse and slide along the Junction Victoria-Maddela, Quirino—Alicia, Isabela—Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya boundary, improvement and widening of the Junction Dumabato in Maddela and Aglipay towns and the carriageway improvement including the drainage of Junction Mangandingay, Cabarroguis town to the Isabela province boundary road in Saguday town, also in Quirino.
“Based on the DPWH report, it is almost complete. These projects are part of the 12-road rehabilitation and construction under the 2017 regular infrastructure program of the DPWH-Quirino District Engineering Office,” Bicarme added.
