Officers and workers of Teleperformance celebrate after participating in the Bayani Challenge, Gawad Kalinga's annual home-building project, held in Del Carmen, Surigao Del Norte. With the theme, 'Tatak Bayani,' the Bayani Challenge brought together employees from Teleperformance sites in Cebu, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, and Metro Manila to help build houses and repair school facilities in Siargao Island for six days.
