Stockbrokerage firm Abacus Securities Corp. is set to launch MyTradePhilippines, its newest trading platform that aims to offer investors faster and more reliable trading platform.
Abacus vice president for research Raymond Niel Franco said in a news briefing MyTradePhilippines would provide online traders the latest technology coupled with the best market information available.
“We believe that our research is ahead of the curve. We believe that our research capability will give investors an edge when they invest in the stock market,” Franco said.
Abacus aims to corner at least 10 percent of the 300,000 total online investors over the next couple of years, making it a strong second among current online trading providers.
Franco said the real key in getting online trading clients was in the area of customer service. A common complaint against the existing online trading companies is their failure to deliver the level of customer service that clients feel they deserve.
