Cavite Gov. Boying Remulla hands over the ceremonial key of 18 patrol vehicles and 30 motorcycles to Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald ’Bato’ dela Rosa at Camp Pantaleon Garcia in Imus, Cavite on Jan. 23. The vehicles will provide a substantial police presence and enhance the emergency response capabilities of the Cavite police force.
