THE Bureau of Customs Transformers (7-0) will face one of the tough teams this season, the Malacañang Kamao (5-2) in the UNTV Cup Season 5 at the Alonte Sports Arena, Biñan, Laguna.

The Malacañang basketball team is on a bounce-back mode after suffering a loss at the hands of the Judiciary Magis.

Kamao’s regular contributors Visnu Das Javier, John Michael Jimenez, Eric Dela Custa, Christian Luanzon and Ian Garrido are expected to lead the Kamao as they try to assault the BOC Transformers in the third game of a triple-header.

Marlou Aquino and Kenneth Duremdes are expected to lead the BOC Transformers in keeping the team undefeated in the UNTV Cup Season 5.

BOC will rely on its “Solid 6” composed of Kenneth Duremdes, Marlou Aquino, Gherome EJercito, Bernzon Franco, Samuel Ignacio and Rizal Vonn Ignacio.

Though the Bureau of Customs appears to be invincible, coach Kenneth Duremdes is not about to let his guard down, saying they still have a lot to improve as a team.

The first game will be a battle of runners and gunners, the MMDA Black Wolves (4-4) against PNP Responders (6-3), even as the young and dynamic NHA Builders (3-4) take on the veteran-laden and two-time champion AFP Cavaliers (4-3) in the second game.

Halftime entertainment will be provided by Kris Angelica, Mela and Lucky Robles Jr.

This out-of-town game will also be aired live at UNTV and on its website, www.untvweb.com.
