Health Secretary Paulyn Ubial confirms that 15-year-old Emilyn Villanueva has died at past 6 this Wednesday evening.
Prior to this, Villanueva was in critical condition at the Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center (JRMMC) due to injuries she sustained from a stray bullet as a result of indiscriminate firing on New Year’s Eve.

Police had insisted she was a victim of deliberate shooting.
But Ubial said, a bullet hit Emilyn on the head at the trajectory of a stray bullet.
The Health Secretary explained, the CT scan showed that the bullet came from the top of the head and it went downward.
