To celebrate Christmas, the Akbayan Party-list posted placards along Matiyaga Street in Quezon City to calls on lawmakers to abandon the death penalty and ‘batang bilanggo’ (child prisoner) bills, which would ‘stand for their respect of life and love for children.’
