Some 135 drug surrenderers from Las Piñas City clean vegetable farm lots at the Villar Sipag Farm as part of their activities under the Sagip Bukas Drug Rehabilitation Program, a joint project of Senator Cynthia Villar and the Las Piñas City government, the Philippine National Police and the Department of the Interior and Local Government. The activity was witnessed Friday by Camille Villar, lawyer Jo Bocaling of Las Piñas Restorative Justice Ministry and Bishop Jessie Mercado.
