Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office Chairman Jose Jorge E. Corpuz (left) and General Manager Alexander F. Balutan (right) commend and congratulate PCSO’s Rubin Z. Magno (center), Manager for Charity Assistance Department, for being chosen as 2016 Outstanding Social Worker of the Philippines in the field of Health and Medical Services, during the charity agency’s 82nd founding anniversary on October 24 held at PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Magno received the award from the Philippine Association of Social Workers Inc. at their Biennial Convention on October 19 at Royal Hotel in Clark, Pampanga.
