A tropical depression is heading towards the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Weather Bureau PAGASA says, the weather disturbance is expected to enter PAR on Saturday.

It will be named ‘Helen.’
Helen’s current position is 2,035 kilometers east of Mindanao.
It carries maximum sustained winds of up to 55 kph near the center.
‘Helen’ is moving west northwest at 35 kph.
