Freed Norwegian hostage Kjartan Sekkingstad has arrived in Manila.
He was accompanied by Norwegian Ambassador to the Philippines Erik Forner.

Sekkingstad was presented to the media by President Rodrigo Duterte in Davao City on Sunday.
Authorities insist, no ransom money was paid to the Abu Sayyaf in exchange for Sekkingstad’s release.
Meanwhile, 2 more hostages were released by the bandit group on Monday.
