Senator Cynthia A. Villar, Senate Agriculture and Food committee vice chairman, said 22 participants from Laguna, Batangas, Pangasinan, Cavite, Quezon, Antipolo and Nueva Ecija completed the 10-day Villar Sipag Farm School that taught them farm business profitability, entrepreneurial competencies, selling and marketing techniques and negotiation skills for farm business.
