Tacloban City Mayor Cristina Romualdez  leads the launch of the Community Climate Guide and Response Text Alert System at the Tacloban City Hall on Friday. The CCGR is a 24-hour centralized text alert system that monitors weather changes and emergencies and sends updates to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the Bureau of Fire, the Tacloban City Police Office and the Tacloban Rescue Unit.
