The formal peace talks between the Philippine government and the National Democratic Front (NDF) have started in Oslo, Norway.
Government panel is being led by Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza and Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III.

Bello says, there is no deadline on when the peace process should end.
He adds, they will include in the talks the end of hostilities on the ground.
