The SM Foundation, Pilipinas Shell and San Roque Power Plant constructed the three-story Fidel V. Ramos Library at the University of Pangasinan-PHINMA campus in Dagupan City. Former President Ramos (right) inaugurates the library which houses his personal memorabilia and book collection.
