OPPO raised the bar in smartphone technology as it unveiled Find X, a powerhouse device with a seamless combination of distinctive art and front-line engineering.
The flagship smartphone yet of the techno giant redefined phone designs with its retractable camera and a screen-to-body ratio highest in its class for a wider viewing experience.
Perhaps the most innovative feature of Find X is the 3D stealth camera, which has a sliding structure that hides the camera when not in use. When the camera is needed, it swiftly slides up for only 0.5 seconds to take high-quality photos.
Photography is levelled up as the Find X incorporates 16 MP + 20 MP dual rear cameras and a 25 MP front camera, equipped with AI-enhanced technology that analyzes facial features and suits the need of selfie-enthusiasts.
Find X also pioneers in 3D Structured Light Technology with a front camera utilizing 15,000 facial dot recognition to unlock the phone and secure payments.
With its curved sides and round corners, OPPO’s latest smartphone takes pride of achieving a 93.8% screen-to-body ratio, the highest among all models as of press time. It also exhibits a vibrant AMOLED panel with 2340×1080 pixel resolution and a stylish 6.42” panoramic arc screen with reduced bezels.
Powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, one of the most powerful mobile processors in the world, Find X sets great benchmarks and provides amazing performance. Backing that up is 8GB of RAM and a massive 256GB internal storage which operates on a Color OS-customized Android 8.1 (Oreo).
“Find X carries the user-integrity of OPPO smartphone, yet it transcends any other smartphone in terms of overall design and performance,” said Jane Wan, OPPO Philippines vice president for marketing.
OPPO also announced an Automobili Lamborghini Edition of Find X. Covering the slender phone body is the same carbon fiber present in elegant sports cars that creates a different smartphone experience for the market and transverses the luxury of a Lamborghini.
It is also available in the Super Flash Edition with Super VOOC technology which allows the phone to be fully charged in only 35 minutes. With this technology, this edition can also have a charging power that can exceed 50 W, the first of its kind.
“We believe the Filipinos deserve nothing but the best of our products. Find X will surely start a new era for us,” OPPO Philippines’ CEO James Ma said during the product launch Tuesday.
The phone comes in two colors: Glacier Blue and Bordeaux Red. It will be available nationwide at an SRP of P49,990, starting Aug. 11. Pre-order reservations are currently being accepted from interested buyers, who provide a down payment of P5,000 in selected OPPO concept stores.
