San Beda launches camp

LIMITED slot are still available as the  San Beda basketball camps kick off their 12th season this summer.

The hoop camps will start again on April 3, Monday, with clinics for boys and girls at the San Beda Taytay campus, and on April 4, Tuesday at the San Beda Mendiola campus.

Interested parties may contact Oliver Quiambao at 735-6011, local 2104, or at 0929-1971071, and through program head, coach Edmundo “Ato” Badolato, at 0908-8624543.

The camp, supported by Gatorade and Molten Balls is open for children aged five years old and above,  and is open for both students and outsiders.

Coaches from San Beda will handle the camp, and will be joined by other prominent coaches from other schools as well.

Registration is now open for classes in the San Beda Mendiola campus, which will be held every Tuesday and Friday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m, and at the San Beda Taytay campus every Tuesday and Friday.

Fees for the camp is set at P4,000. Those who enroll for both the April and May sessions will pay only P7,000, and this will include a jersey and a ball.

The camp will also teach the children important values such as hard work, discipline and respect for authority as well as other players.
