Teen singer and dancer Ylona Garcia once again graces the country’s number one music channel as MYX Celebrity VJ for the month of June.

The feisty 17-year-old is on a roll as she recently released her collaboration with R&B artist Jay R entitled “Maybe A Little Bit,” which Ylona wrote herself. Both Jay R and Ylona were in attendance during the MYX VJ Search 2019 finals and performed the stunning new tune live.

This month, fans get to know more about the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate as she ushers in cool, new tracks for the season as guest VJ, a stint she first tried in 2016.

Meanwhile, one of the most popular rock bands in the country, Sponge Cola, is the “MYX Headliner” this June. After officially marking the group’s comeback in the Sea of Lights concert last March, the iconic band composed of Armo Armovit, Gosh Dilay, Tmac Cruz, and Yael Yuzon, takes over the music channel with well-loved songs including “Nakapagtataka,” “Bitiw,” “Tuliro,” “Tambay” and new tracks alike such as “Paliyabin Na Ang Lahat,” “Meron Ba?,” and “Promises (featuring Karylle).”

Five-man band Sandiwa continues to make waves in the local music scene and steps up as “MYX Spotlight” artist for the month. The alternative rock crew, composed of members Alex Rale, Harold Tabuno, Jeremiah Torda, Samuel Mopal, and Yeoj Rivera, proves that their ‘cinematic’ songs deserve to be put on your playlist pronto.

Catch Celebrity VJ Ylona on “Pinoy MYX” until June 22, and “My MYX” on June 23 to 29. Watch MYX on ABS-CBN TVplus channel 12, SKYcable channel 23, and SKYdirect channel 37.
