After P-pop sensation BINI had to cut their performance short during the Musikalayaan Concert on June 12, member Colet addressed the group’s fans. On her official X account, Colet thanked their supporters for their unwavering support, noting that the venue at the Quirino Grandstand was packed during their scheduled performance.
“Maraming salamat blooms! Sobrang saya ng puso koooo,” she said, while adding that she was a bit tearful at the time due to the panic she felt after seeing the large crowd.
While she said that the group adored their fans, she took the opportunity to ask them to respect their privacy.
”Pasuyo lang, wag kayo mag antay sa labas ng condo namin hehe salamat! Good night!!!” said Colet.
The girl group’s performance was cut short because many fans fainted in the large crowd, and some fans became rowdy and climbed the scaffolding despite being asked not to. The Musikalayaan Concert was one of the activities organized by the government to celebrate the country’s 126th Independence Day.
