Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) chairman Stella Marquez Araneta announced the search is on for the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 candidates.
Considered a banner year for Filipinas, the queens under BPCI who made waves in the international pageant scene this 2015 are:
1. Miss Universe Philippines – Pia Wurtzbach
-Miss Universe 2015
2. Binibining Pilipinas Tourism: Anne Colis
-Miss Globe 2015
3. Binibining Pilipinas Tourism 2014: Parul Shah
-Miss Grand International 2015 3rd Runner-up
4. Binibining Pilipinas International 2015: Janicel Lubina
-Miss International Top 10 and Best Dresser Award
5. Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental: Christy McGarry
-Miss Intercontinental 2015 1st Runner-up
6. Bininbining Pilipinas Supranational: Rogelie Catacutan
-Semifinalist

If you think you have what it takes to clinch the crown, serve as an inspiration to others, and bring pride to the country, join the search for Binibining Pilipinas 2016.
Titles at stake are Miss Universe Philippines, Binibining Pilipinas International, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental, Binibining Pilipinas Supranational, and Binibining Pilipinas Grand International.
Applications are open to interested single ladies ages 17 to 26 years old, Filipino citizens, at least a high school graduate, and of good moral character.
Aside from the application form and one close up and full body shot, other requirements include: birth certificate and Philippine passport, college or high school diploma, medical certificate, certificate of good moral character, and parents’ consent for applicants below 18 years old.

Applications are accepted from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday until Jan. 30.
