Maute group reportedly kills 9 civilians on board a truck

Local reports from Marawi City indicate that nine civilians were killed by the Maute group last Tuesday.

This was on the first day the terrorist group entered Marawi City.

The victims were said to be on boad a truck when the gunmen saw them.

The civilians were allegedly tied up and shot dead.

The victims’ bodies are reportedly decomposing along a street in Marawi City.

Meanwhile, fatalities on government side stands at 15.

They include 13 soldiers and two policeman.

The number of injured government troopers continues to sharply rise.

The figure has reached 55.

The wounded soldiers are being treated at Adventist Medical Center in Iligan City.
