Former journalist Elaine Ruzul Ramos-Alanguilan, 44, passed away last December 5 after suffering from a lingering disease. Ramos-Alanguilan, an employee of Smart Communications at the time of her death, was a former business reporter of Manila Standard and Manila Times.
Ramos-Alanguian was a journalist for about 15 years and served as president of the Economic Journalists Association of the Philippines in 2005.
She is survived by husband Guillerson Alanguilan and sons Elrond Aleksi and Ethan Andrei Alanguilan.
Her remains now lie at Funeraria L.A. Vasquez located at #6 Real Street, Manuyo Uno, Las Piñas City. Cremation is scheduled on December 9, 2017 (Saturday) at 4:00 p.m. at the Loyola Memorial Chapels and Crematorium in Sucat, Paranaque City.
