Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte, Hugpong ng Pagbabago chairman and daughter of President Rodrigo Duterte, raises the hand of Mrs. Marilyn de Guzman Lambino, proclaiming her the official candidate of Hugpong for mayor of Mangaldan, Pangasinan for the May 2019 local elections. Mrs. Lambino is the wife of Secretary Raul L. Lambino,  administrator, and CEO of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority and concurrent presidential adviser for Northern Luzon.
