Neapolitan Beef

The celebration continues as TWG Tea once again takes the world of tea by storm with the launch of four new tea-infused dishes, balancing traditional methods and revolutionary tea infusion techniques, unveiled and included with their regular menu. Blended, infused, powdered, smoked, marinated, blanched, confit, seasoned or even pickled – these are just some of the many ways the 400 TWG Tea single-estate harvests and exclusive tea blends can be incorporated into culinary creations.

Nicoise Salad

A remarkable addition to the menu, TWG Tea’s take on the Nicoise Salad is infused with Matcha Green Tea that adds earthy notes to the perfectly seared tiger prawns and gives the salad another depth of grassy flavors. Another new inclusion is the Baked Chicken Gratin with Napoleon Tea, which adds a warm and sweet aroma to the chicken because of its French spices. This dish is topped with cream cheese, hollandaise, and broccoli florets, and served with potato gratin and spinach puree.   The Neapolitan Beef infused with Comptoir desIndes Tea, accompanied with buttered asparagus and baby potatoes is a notable new inclusion, as the flavorful tomato sauce blends perfectly with the tea’s autumn spices. The uniquely imagined Pasta Puttanesca topped with pan-seared seabass fillet will keep you coming back for more, as the Eternal Summer Tea infusion gives the sauce invigorating aromas of summer sweetness, and complements the sweet and buttery flavors of the seabass.
