Currently, the two are starring in the teleserye The Good Son and will appear in an MMFF entry this Christmas. Soon, McCoy de Leon and Elisse Joson are set to star in their own movie that will start filming early next year. And did we mention that the love team also has just released an album? You see, McLisse is definitely on a roll.

The 36-year-old primetime star said in a recent interview that he doesn’t have any time for love, and we totally understand why. In the latest big screen reincarnation of Ang Panday, Coco wore many hats – having written the script, directed, and starred in it. He is so passionate about the movie because it employed at least 100 actors and talents, not including the crew. Obviously, Coco has better priorities than his personal needs. And if that what makes him genuinely happy, people are totally fine with that.

Two weeks since its commercial release, the movie starring Sharon Cuneta, Robin Padilla, and Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia is still doing good business. Boosted by generally favorable reviews and positive audience reactions, the Star Cinema movie pulled off a whopping P157 million gross sales making critics believe that apart from the popular love team, Robin and Sharon are still reliable box office stars.

Instead of apologizing, she recently took to Twitter to defend herself for being tardy in an event that promoted her movie. She appealed that she’s given a call time, which apparently an hour later compared to the time the members of the press were informed that the event would start. So, attendees, including the director and the other members of the cast, had to wait for her before the program could start. Paraphrasing the words of a showbiz columnist and talent manager who was there and waited impatiently, “She’s a virtually unknown star to even be late in her own presscon.”

Early this week, the former PBB housemate shocked some netizens after her recent photos circulated online. Many of them even came up with a term to describe their observation. They said she’s “Xander Fording” because she’s totally unrecognizable – her eyes, chin, complexion and most especially her nose are cunningly different from what they were a month ago when she walked the runway for Bench Under the Stars. Perhaps, the photos people saw online were of an entirely different person. Can we report Miho as missing already?
