Aloha King Sue Wrap Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 pc flour tortilla, 10-inch in diameter
1 pc canned pineapple
2 slices King Sue Hawaiian Ham
2 pcs King Sue Chicken Nuggets, strips
King Sue Bacon Bits, cooked crisp
lettuce leaves
mayonnaise (as needed)
grated cheese
Procedure:
Spread mayonnaise on tortilla, leaving a half inch border around the outside.
Arrange the lettuce leaves in the center of the tortilla, leaving a border of about 2 inches.
Arrange the pineapple, ham, chicken, cheese, and bacon bits on top of the lettuce.
To roll the wrap, first fold the uncovered rim of the tortilla on opposite edges of the circle toward the center. Roll the tortilla tightly. The mayonnaise on the edge of the tortilla will help seal it closed.
Taco Ala King Sue
Ingredients:
1 pc white onion, diced
3 slices King Sue Pear-shaped Ham, diced
¼ tsp ground cumin
2 pcs taco shells
½ cup lettuce, shredded
1 pc tomato, diced
1 tbsp salsa oil
shredded cheddar cheese
salt and black pepper
Procedure:
In a deep sauté pan over medium-high heat, add enough oil to completely coat the bottom of the pan.
Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the ham and season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the ham browns and is cooked through.
Divide the ham mixture among the taco shells.
Place the lettuce in the tacos, followed by diced tomatoes and shredded cheese. Top each taco with salsa, if desired.
