Art workshops and activities continue to be at the forefront of the education programs of Faber-Castell here in the Philippines.

June ushered to art activities offerings at different venues nationwide. From May 29 to June 4, coloring activities and workshop with Tippy Go (Googly-Gooeys) were held at the SM Art Fest Cebu. A Basic Calligraphy Workshop was conducted in Art Bar Serendra by Meeya Cruz on June 9.

From June 9 to June 11, Faber Castell participated in the Art Mod Fair 2017 at the SM Megamall Megatrade Hall through art workshops conducted for all ages. The fair was organized by ArtisteSpace offering a rare opportunity for both new and serious collectors to acquire contemporary artworks

On June 10, art facilitator Arlene Javier conducted a Modern Calligraphy Workshop. Participants, both and young alike, were guided through the execution of the art of writing using Faber-Castell Calligraphy Brush Pens. The skillful rendition of letters and characters through various styles of writing is as old as every culture all over the world.  The workshop offered a renewed appreciation of the art of calligraphy and the kind of discipline required to execute this art form.
