SM City Pampanga will light up the sky when Pampanga Eye, the tallest and biggest Ferris wheel in the Philippines, is transformed into a gigantic parol dubbed as the Biggest Lantern of Hope.
This will certainly be a sight to behold, with park guests feeling like they’re on top of the world as they celebrate the holiday season. The Pampanga Eye, which is 65 meters in height and 50 meters in diameter, resembles Pampanga’s world famous giant lanterns with its colorful dancing lights. It has a total of 12,544 bulbs on its frame plus 2,048 lights on the gondolas.
An impressive Grand Pyro Musical Show will be dancing along with Ryan Cayabyab’s nostalgic song of Kumukutikutitap, and the spectacular fireworks display on the Ferris wheel will surely wow guests of all ages.
The Sky Ranch – located on a 10,000 site beside SM City Pampanga – is the first amusement park in North Luzon. Developed by SM Prime Holdings, Inc. in partnership with S&T Leisure Inc. and Westech Philippines, the Sky Ranch brings all the thrills, all the excitement, and all the fun to kids and kids-at-heart with its 20 rides.
Aside from the Pampanga Eye, other Sky Ranch attractions include a Flume Ride that simulates the experience of going down a raging river; a Super Viking gondola that swings up to 90 degrees; and a nostalgic double-decker Carousel.
Sky Ranch Pampanga is open to the public from 12 noon to 12 midnight on weekends and from 3:00 p.m. to 12 midnight on weekdays. It is just one of the many exciting attractions for the whole family at SM City Pampanga.
