DMCI Homes recently announced that two of its developments in Pasig City are ready for occupancy (RFO), a year ahead of their respective turnover schedules.
The two-tower development in Sheridan Street in Pasig City is said to be 100 percent sold out as of September 2017, reportedly earning over P7 billion from its 2,204 total unit inventory.
Lumiere Residence claimed that 97 percent of its 2,412 total unit inventory is history as of September this year.
The three-tower development at the corner of Pasig Boulevard and Shaw Boulevard reportedly posted a sales take-up amounting to P8.1 billion since it was launched in 2013. Sheridan Towers’ South Tower is originally set for turnover in November 2018 while Lumiere Residences’ East Tower is initially targeted for RFO in October next year.
