This is the site for the partnership between Moldex Realty and De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde School of Design & Arts, “Delineate: Design Distinction Through a Spectrum of Individual Diversity”. In this partnership, senior Interior Design students were given the opportunity to design and construct actual units from the Grand Riviera Suites.
A distinguished panel of judges, composed of design professionals, Moldex Realty executives, and an esteemed client selected 3 winning designs out of the 10 that participated. And the results are as follows: 3rd Place is Enzo Ricafort (1514B, Studio Unit), 2nd Place is the tandem of Francine Wong and Deyu Cai (1522, 1-Bedroom Unit), and 1st Place goes to Francesca Palanca and Anne Michelle Malto (1521, 1-Bedroom Unit). Their designs will be featured in the new product offering for Grand Riviera Suites.
Through this partnership, which is part of the company’s 360 corporate campaign, Moldex Realty and the College of St. Benilde were able to provide real life experiences for the students. The De La Salle – College of St. Benilde School of Design & Arts continues to focus on its commitment to help its young designers to be real-world-ready. And for its part, Moldex Realty plays an active role in supporting and inspiring future Interior Designers to purse their creative passions.
