Property developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) is preparing for the turnover of Monarch Parksuites this year. The luxury condominium is ALHI’s second finished project in the 204-hectare township Aseana City, after Solemare Parksuites. Demand for office spaces is steadily rising in the area, especially from the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector. More luxury leisure and entertainment properties like Okada Manila are coming in after Solaire Resort & Casino and City of Dreams. Recently, the NAIA Expressway was opened to the public. With myriad development projects coming in, Aseana is expected to open more job opportunities. Next to benefit from Aseana’s expected growth burst is Monarch Parksuites. The development is ALHI’s biggest residential condominium project thus far, with more than 8,000 sqm dedicated to indoor and outdoor amenities.
