Daiichi Properties, together with its subsidiary, Daiichi Property Solutions (DPS), recently hosted a thanksgiving event for tenants and over 2,000 employees of World Plaza, its premium-grade office building on 5th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City. Daiichi Properties introduced the DPS team tasked to manage the building, and the customer service team who is responsible for handling all tenant concerns. World Plaza was designed by global architectural firm Gensler, and stands as one of the few structurally-tested buildings in the country that can stand withstand earthquakes and typhoons. The building was recognized as a five-star best office development – Philippines in the 2015 Asia Pacific Property Awards, and bagged the gold medal in the office category of the 2017 FIABCI-Philippines property and real estate awards. “Daiichi Properties is honored that many companies chose us to be their corporate address,” said Daiichi Properties senior vice president Charmaine Uy.
