Rousing welcome

Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo led a medical mission over the weekend at Brgy. Northbay Boulevard South-Proper in Navotas City. Residents thanked Arroyo for signing the Free Patent Law in 2010, which they said thwarted attempts to seize the land they were living on by granting them security of tenure.
