Rice on the rise

Volunteers help in preparing thousands of bags of rice to be distributed Sunday for the 104th Iglesia ni Cristo 'Lingap Laban sa Kahirapan' anti-poverty campaign at the bayside Quirino Grandstand at the sprawling Luneta Park in the heart of the capital city.
