CREAM OF THE CROP. Cadet First Class Jaywardene Galilea Hontoria of Iloilo (middle) is only the 4th valedictorian and class baron in the 119 years of the Philippine Military Academy. Hontoria will receive the Presidential Saber from President Duterte on Sunday as well as the Chief of Staff Saber, among other awards. The top 10 in Alab Tala Class 2018 are: 1. Hontoria (middle); 2.
