Heirloom revisited

Thirty members of the Kalinga Indigenous Weavers Association (Kinwa Etnika) successfully completed a five-day Basic Handloom Weaving Training on Friday. The skills development drive was sponsored by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines in partnership with the Department of Agriculture and the Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority, as part of its corporate initiatives for host communities traversed by its transmission facilities.
