Las Piñas champ

Las Piñas Mayor Mel Aguilar (in black) raises the hand of Nikko Bryan Huelgas (in red jacket) who won the gold medal in triathlon in the recent Southeast Asian Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Huelgas, a native of the city, received a cash incentive and a certificate of commendation from the City Government and the City Council.
