Two TC-90 training and maritime surveillance aircraft from Japan get a touching airport tradition with plumes of water following their touchdown at a naval base in Sangley Point in Cavite Monday for a handover ceremony from the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force to the Philippine Navy. AFP
