Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) proudly inaugurated its New Training Center and Parts Warehouse at its Sta. Rosa office. The event was attended by key figures, including Toru Chiba, General Manager for Customer Service at Asian Honda, Honda Logistics Philippines management, dealership partners, and representatives from Dualtech School, along with HCPI management and associates.

The New Service Training Center meets Honda’s stringent standards for dealerships and includes a workshop and an official Honda Merchandise Display Center. It is designed for interactive technician training, equipped with the latest body and paint technology, including a body aligner and paint booth that comply with Honda Motor standards. The layout supports HCPI’s Active Reception Process, offering realistic, hands-on training that enhances the after-sales experience for customers.

The new parts warehouse, developed in partnership with Honda Logistics Philippines, significantly increases warehousing efficiency. It features modern storage solutions and equipment such as an order picker, ensuring dealer partners have quick access to Honda Genuine Parts and Accessories.

HCPI President Rie Miyake emphasized the company’s dedication to quality service: “This centralized training center enables us to better support our dealer frontliners. We are committed to improving our processes to serve our customers better, and we appreciate your continued support for Honda Cars.”
